Reminder:  You do not need to know dates, but you do need to know the order things happened in.  For example:  Which came first?  The Israelites reached Canaan with Joshua or Moses heard God's voice in the burning bush?

1. Read the chapter
2. Go over your notes
3. Go over questions for 3.1 and 3.3
4. Go over your quiz for 3.1

*I just emailed you the answers for 3.3.  You should have the answers to 3.1 from when we went over them in class.  

Homework:  Finish taking notes on Chapter 3 section 2.  Start on page 89 with The Rule of King Solomon and finish at the end of page 92. 

Due Friday, December 13th:  Your journal entry or letter about your journey as an Israelite from Egypt to Canaan.  (1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods only)

Next Wednesday, December 18th:  Test on all of Chapter 3

Quiz over Chapter 3, Section 1 on Thursday, December 5th

Questions for Chapter 3, Section 1 due on Wednesday, December 4th.  The questions are in the classwork section of your OneNote.  Please note the questions should be answered on a separate sheet of paper. 

Tonight for homework please read Chapter 2 Section 3, The Egyptian Empire.  It starts on page 59 and ends on page 67.  Please make sure to read the page on Hatshepsut (pg 63) and Ramses II (pg 66). 

Tomorrow is a digital day!  Please check your OneNote in the morning for your assignment.  It will be in your classwork section.  The title will be digital day 11/14/19.

Your assignment must be completed by 3:15 on Friday, November 14th.  

Due to shortened class time for Halloween and the pep rally your project due date has been changed to Friday, November 8th.  

At this point you have had 9 class periods to work on your projects.  If you are working on a PowerPoint, website, or I Movie, you should be in the editing stages.  All of your material should be completed and you should be making small changes and adding extras.  If you are working on a board or model, you should be about halfway finished.  

Please be reminded that part of your grade is how you are working in class.  Points are being deducted if you are not using your class time wisely.  Use your time wisely!  :)
